1. After the original dubbing finished product has been reworked many times, there are still quality problems such as poor sound quality, unclear enunciation and wrong pronunciation;
2. The voice, emotion and style confirmed by the original dubbing player are seriously inconsistent and cannot meet the needs;
3. The original voice actor delayed delivery without reason, or had a bad communication attitude and could not continue to cooperate.
1. Submit evidence of quality problems of the original product to the merchant/platform (such as audio marked with noise locations, comparison clips with inconsistent styles);
2. Clearly put forward replacement requirements and re-designate sound lines and style standards;
3. The merchant needs to arrange a new dubbing artist to audition within the agreed time, and re-record and deliver it after passing the audition.
2. Circumstances where additional fees are required (customer reasons)
1. After passing the audition, I suddenly wanted to change the voice style (for example, I originally ordered a lively female voice, but wanted to change it to a calm male voice halfway);
2. There is no objection to the performance of the original voice actor, and simply wants to replace it with a more senior and higher-priced voice actor;
3. Due to changes in your own needs (such as adjusting the use of copywriting), you need to adapt to a new style of dubbing staff.

3. Advance agreement to avoid disputes
1. Before cooperation, it is best to write clearly in the order notes or communication records:"Due to quality issues, you can replace the same level voice actor once for free.", clarify the upper limit of the number of replacements;
2. When a replacement request is raised halfway, promptly confirm the audition time, delivery node and cost details of the new dubbing staff with the merchant to avoid wrangling afterwards.
