Can the finished dubbing product be reworked if there is noise and slurred speech?

If the dubbing product has noise or slurred speech, you can require rework, and this situation is the responsibility of the dubbing party. The rework is free and unlimited until the standard is met.

1. Specific handling rules

The core of rework is based on noise (current sound, environmental noise, pop sound), and slurred speech (swallowing words, misreading, confusing sentences). They are all substandard basic sound quality and recording quality. They are problems caused by the dubbing party's failure to perform the contract properly and have nothing to do with customer needs, so rework must be made for free.

2. Standard rework process

1. Timely feedback on problems

Within the agreed acceptance time limit (usually 24-48 hours after delivery), clearly mark the location of the problem, such as "There is obvious environmental noise from 00:12-00:18" and "The sentence 'XX product' at 00:35 is unclear", and attach the finished product document as evidence.

2. Confirm the rework plan

The dubbing party needs to respond within 12 hours, promise the delivery time after rework (small orders are recommended to be completed within 24 hours), and explain improvement measures (such as changing the recording environment, adjusting the microphone distance, and re-recording blurred clips).

3. Rework acceptance results

After rework, deliver the finished product again. If similar problems still exist, you can request to continue rework for free until the sound quality is clear and the speech is standard.

3. Handling special circumstances

If the problem of noise and slurred speech cannot be solved after repeated rework (such as the dubbing party's equipment is too poor and the recording environment cannot be improved), the customer has the right to request a full refund or replace a dubbing person of the same level to re-record.
